Model 225

Water sprinkler system

The Model 225 was designed to detect and suppress fires that may occur at the conveyor belt drive.  Frangible glass bulb designed sprinklers are continuously on guard for the presence of fire.   When the sprinkler heads open, water starts to flow thru the branch lines. The water flow is monitored by a flow switch that shuts down the belt and activates the audible and visual alarm.

A convenient ball valve is located at the end of each branch line which can be opened to perform a complete system function test.

The Model 225 meets all the requirements outlined in CFR-30, part 75.  The Model 225 is compact, easy to carry, and install.
