Model 3000

Gas Monitoring

The Model 3000 series Smart Remotes are environmental gas monitors capable of measuring ambient gas concentrations with a variety of features that make them powerful and easy to use. For instance, an internal embedded controller provides digital calibration, eliminating the need for analog trimming. Alarm and warning set points, alarm delay time and the ability to set a user pass code are configured directly through the keypad. This eliminates unnecessary opening of the enclosure to configure and calibrate the unit after initial installation.

All units feature plug-in communications cards, 24 volt alarm drivers, digital inputs, line voltage monitoring, and temperature sensors. Model 3000 gas monitors are supplied in a rugged water/dust resistant case with sealable wire entries and mounting tabs. Gas monitoring options include carbon monoxide, methane, oxygen, and others. Expired gas sensors can be easily replaced, giving the unit a long lifespan.

Preparation plant versions, “PREP,” are also available; these models include a hang ring attached to the top of the unit and a small alarm sounder mounted on the side.
