Our technicians are available Monday through Friday from 7 AM until 5:30 PM at (276) 988-5505 via extensions 257 or 264. If calling during our office hours of 8AM to 4:30 PM simply ask the operator to connect you to the repair department. For regular on site service visits please call during these hours to schedule a date and time.
24 / 7 / 365 On Call Support!
In the event of night, weekend, or holiday emergencies you can call our 24 / 7 service phone at (276) 970-2021 and speak to the on call employee or leave a voicemail and they will contact you as soon as possible. As a second means of contact the on call employee carries a pager, simply dial (800) 953-6421 and type in your phone number when prompted to do so and again you will be contacted as soon as possible.
